The Thjnk agency group was founded in 2012 in Hamburg, Germany and employs 350 people in Germany and New York. Clients such as Audi, IKEA, REWE, Thyssenkrupp and Commerzbank trust the competencies of Thjnk.

The Hamburg branch of the thjnk agency group won the pitch the concept design and execution of a high coverage Germany-wide kick-off campaign for the product launch of Edding L.A.Q.U.E®. When you think of edding, the first thing you picture are permanent marker. But that is about to change. Because the globally renowned company launched an entirely new product onto the market: edding L.A.Q.U.E®. With this nail polish by edding, the brand is taking the beauty business by storm – an exciting product introduction which was monitored with Ubermetrics Delta in online media segments.

On a market that is considered as highly competitive, edding L.A.Q.U.E®. faced the challenge to gain awareness of its target group as a newcomer in the beauty segment. Using Ubermetrics, Thjnk aggregated and analyzed massive amounts of unstructured data from unstructured online media segments to compare the conversation volume in comparison to its competitors and to identify key influencer. These insights facilitated the campaign planning process.

Ubermetrics Delta delivered relevant insights for product development, campaign planning and sales that rely on real customer voices. Additionally, the virality analysis identified influential authors that were used for cooperation purposes throughout the launch campaign on social media.

  • “Ubermetrics Delta helped us to tackle the challenge of aggregating and analyzing massive amounts of data to only find the relevant consumer insights about our product and identify key influencer with greater precision than manual work allows.”
