Wilder Kaiser uses Delta for a 360° monitoring of online and offline conversations in order to react quickly and effectively in case of issues regarding accommodation, service, and events.

The region is known for providing the picturesque setting for the popular German TV series “Der Bergdoktor”, which attracts many tourists yearly and increased communication around the mountain region considerably. Using Delta, the marketing team easily spotted influential social media authors in relevant topic areas, started marketing-cooperation’s with them, and improved its ability to respond to situations more rapidly and with increased impact.


  • Delta gives us a complete view of all of the relevant conversations about our region, whether they are happening online or offline. It allows us to identify key influencers and better react to issues as they occur. It’s the only tool we now use for media monitoring.
